Enforced by FIFA, the Event Organisers, and local authorities, the code reflects a commitment to creating a positive and secure environment for all attendees, applies to all sessions of the event.

1. Stadium Access

  • Entry only through designated entrances on Tickets/Accreditations.
  • Ticket Holders enter at specified times; exit promptly after Sessions.
  • Mandatory safety and security screening for all entrants.

2. Prohibited Items

  • Various hazardous items, consumables, flags, political/offensive/commercial items, electronic devices, and more are strictly prohibited.
  • Final decision on prohibited items at the discretion of Event Organisers.

3. Behaviour at the Stadium

  • Expected to conduct themselves responsibly without causing harm or obstruction.
  • Prohibited actions include throwing objects, entering restricted areas, disruptive behaviour, and violating local laws.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to make final decisions.

4. Exceptions

  • Accredited persons have exceptions for specific items needed for their roles.
  • Includes laptops, cosmetics, food and beverages (limited for media), large umbrellas, and professional equipment for certain roles.

Note: Failure to comply with the Stadium Code of Conduct may lead to expulsion, fines, or penalties. All decisions by Event Organisers are final. The Code of Conduct documentation is subject to modification with the latest version available online and at the Stadium.

  1. Weapons and Sharp Objects: Spectators are strictly prohibited from bringing any weapons or sharp objects into the venue. This includes long umbrellas and other unwieldy implements that could pose a threat.
  2. Smoking and Lighting Equipment: Smoking-related items such as cigarettes, cigars, electronic smoking devices, lighters, matches, and other lighting equipment are not allowed within the stadium.
  3. Substances and Explosives: Illicit drugs, narcotics, stimulants, hazardous substances, explosives, fireworks, and flammable substances are strictly banned to maintain a secure environment.
  4. Aerosol Cylinders: The use or possession of aerosol cylinders is prohibited, contributing to the prevention of potential safety hazards.
  5. Food and Drinks: Bringing in food and drinks is generally restricted, with exceptions only for medical reasons or for babies younger than 2 years old.
  6. Unwieldy Objects: Objects larger than 25cmx25cmx25cm that may be difficult to manage are not allowed to ensure a clear and safe passage for all spectators.
  7. Glass and Containers: Glass vessels, cans, PET bottles, perfume bottles, and other similar containers are restricted to prevent breakage and maintain a tidy environment.
  8. Flags, Banners, and Balloons: While small flags and banners are allowed within certain dimensions, large flags, banners, balloons, and balls are restricted to avoid obstructing views and ensure safety.
  9. Flagpoles and Offensive Materials: Flagpoles made of soft material, no longer than 300mm, and any offensive, political, discriminatory banners or clothing are strictly prohibited.
  10. Electronic Devices and Gadgets: Items such as radio frequencies, wireless devices, laptops, helmets, drones (unless pre-approved), and lasers are restricted to maintain privacy and prevent potential security breaches.
  11. Animals and Pets: Except for assistance dogs for differently-abled persons, animals and pets are not allowed into the venue.
  12. Prohibited Materials: Prohibited items also include video/photo mounts, selfie sticks, professional video or photo cameras, bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller-skates, musical instruments, alcoholic beverages, noise items, megaphones, horns, promotional or commercial material, and large quantities of paper or confetti.

Security personnel and authorities have the authority to confiscate or prohibit access to any items deemed unsafe.
