Mustapha El Hadaoui, Nassim and Beach Soccer legend; Madjer delivered a recent workshop held at the prestigious Mohammed VI National Football Center.
The three-day workshop, under the guidance of the Moroccan National Technical Program, was designed to enhance the coaching prowess of six qualified coaches and their assistants, in preparation for the upcoming playoffs. Adding colour to the program, former internationals were also in attendance, creating a vibrant blend of experience and fresh perspectives in a curriculum that seamlessly blended theoretical and practical components, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all participants.
The focal point of the workshop was the imminent Moroccan Beach Soccer Championship playoffs, scheduled to unfold from November 20 to 24. The participating coaches and their teams, having secured their positions in the playoffs, delved into strategic discussions, skill enhancements, and tactical preparations. The objective was clear – to vie for the coveted title of Moroccan Beach Soccer Champion 2023.
The playoff structure is a riveting prospect, with 10 teams in the Southern group and 12 teams in the Northern group. Out of these, three teams from each group will secure their passage to the next level. Additionally, the three teams with a valiant effort but falling short in the playoffs will have the opportunity to contend in the second division in the following year, fostering a continuous cycle of competition and development.
Mustapha El Hadaoui, the Head of Beach Soccer at the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, shared these insightful updates, shedding light on the proactive measures taken to elevate the standard of beach soccer in the country. As the workshop drew to a close, participants departed armed with newfound knowledge and a certificate of participation, ready to translate their learnings into on-field success.
The Moroccan beach soccer community now stands on the cusp of an exhilarating playoff series, where passion, skill, and strategic acumen will converge to determine the champion of 2023.
