Inaugural Tournament Marks a New Chapter for Somali Football
The Somali Football Federation (SFF) celebrated a milestone with the successful conclusion of its inaugural beach soccer tournament, where Hiil Beach Soccer Team emerged victorious, defeating Balambaalis Team 7-5. This historic event signals the dawn of a new era in Somalia’s football landscape.
SFF President Ali Abdi Mohamed expressed his pride and admiration for the beach soccer department, led by Abshir Abdi Abshir, commending their relentless efforts in delivering a triumphant tournament. The president remarked, highlighting the federation’s dedication to nurturing talent and fostering excellence in Somali football.
