On the sidelines of the 12th FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Dubai, held two remarkable clinic sessions championing inclusivity and encouraging people of all ages to exercise regularly.

Delivered by The Beach Soccer Foundation, a dedicated initiative by Beach Soccer Worldwide, these clinics epitomised the essence of social responsibility and community engagement, transcending the boundaries of sport to touch lives and inspire change.

Among these sessions, the Clinic Al Noor emerged as a profound testament to the transformative power of sport. With a focused mission on enhancing the soccer skills of individuals with disabilities, the clinic not only honed athletic abilities but also instilled a renewed sense of purpose and belonging. Through adaptive coaching techniques and inclusive participation, participants were empowered to defy limitations and embrace their potentials in life. Each pass, kick, and goal symbolised not only athletic achievement but also resilience, determination, and the triumph of the human spirit.

Simultaneously, the Clinic Special Olympics shone a spotlight on the profound impact of sports in fostering inclusivity and celebrating diversity. Designed in collaboration with the Special Olympics movement, this clinic served as a platform to promote unity, acceptance, and the universal values of sportsmanship. Athletes of all abilities came together on the sun-kissed sands, transcending barriers of disability to showcase their talents, forge friendships, and revel in the joy of competition. With every spirited game and shared moment of camaraderie, the clinic embodied the transformative power of sports to break down barriers, foster inclusion, and champion the inherent dignity of every individual.

Moreover, the involvement of renowned beach soccer players and coaches such as Madjer, a legend of the game, added the much needed value to the event. Also part of the event were former Spain star Ramiro Amarelle and Belarus national team player Yauheni Novikau, who showcased their skills and offered inspiration to participants. Additionally, Victor Vasques, head coach of the United Arab Emirates beach soccer national team, and Angelo Schirinzi, along with Tahiti beach soccer national team assistant coach, were present to lend their support to the Be Active campaign. Their presence not only highlighted the importance of physical activity but also encouraged everyone to prioritise exercise as a means of maintaining overall health and well-being.

As the sun set on these inspiring clinic sessions, their echoes reverberated far beyond the venue in Dubai, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all who participated. United by a shared passion for the beautiful game and a commitment to making a positive difference, participants, coaches, and organisers alike emerged enriched and emboldened, united in their belief in the transformative power of sport to change lives and build a more inclusive world.
